this Pinot Gris is characterised by the volcanic granite soil in Nothalten and a long skin maceration. The maceration gives it a lovely colour between copper and pink and creates a balance of a fine tannin structure and acidity. No sweetness, tart raspberries, citrus and herbs. Works very well with spicy food or leftover pizza ;-)
