an aromatic, floral and fruit-driven wine, Keuper & Kalk 2023 is a blend of Bacchus (60%), Müller-Thurgau (20%), and Johanniter (20%). 

a small portion of intracellular fermentation of Müller-Thurgau. Aged almost exclusively in steel tanks with a small amount of Müller-Thurgau from wood. Full lees aging for 1.5 years.

the wine is named after the soils it is rooted in: Johanniter and Bacchus from Keuper, Müller-Thurgau and and a little Bacchus from limestone, blended together the day before bottling
